We are a one-woman business so we currently ship orders once a week. We aim to process all orders within 4 business days of receiving your order. Thanks for your patience and support.

- Ceramics or heavy items: $28 flat rate

- Major cities: 3 business days
- Rural areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. If you require express shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. We use AusPost and we ship from Tasmania.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to retrieve additional information or take responsibility for the parcel.
We are not responsible for:

- Stolen parcels
- Parcels damaged in transit
