EXCHANGES
We only accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of receiving your order, for an exchange or credit note ONLY.
- We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please take your time to choose your item.
- Any SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs
If you are unsure about sizing or product details, we strongly encourage you to contact us before purchasing so we can assist you in choosing the right piece.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unmodified
- Be in original condition with all original packaging included
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be made for:
- A different colour
- A different item
All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a credit note will be issued instead.
CREDIT NOTES
- Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue
- Credit notes are not refundable and cannot be extended
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the fault
We will assess the item and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Please note:
- Damage caused by general wear and tear, incorrect care, or mistreatment is not considered faulty. Please read the care instructions of the item you buy
- Jewellery pieces that break due to general wear are not considered faulty
